UI/UX Designer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketing, and product managers, to design and refine user interfaces that drive customer satisfaction and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on simplicity and ease of use.

Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design ideas and user interactions.

Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and maintain a consistent user experience.

Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather feedback and insights.

Translate user research findings into design improvements and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Create style guides, design systems, and UI pattern libraries to ensure visual consistency across digital products.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to bring new ideas to the design process.
Experience:

2+ years proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects.

Strong knowledge of design principles, user behavior, and usability testing methodologies.

Experience in creating or contributing to a design system.

Experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications.
