As a Content Creator at Hirely, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our clients' brand messaging and marketing goals. You will collaborate with clients, marketing strategists, and design teams to create compelling digital content across platforms, including social media, blogs, websites, and email campaigns. Your creativity will help our clients build stronger connections with their audiences and stand out in their industries.

• Develop and create engaging content for various digital platforms, including social media posts, blog articles, video scripts, infographics, and website copy.
• Work closely with clients to understand their brand voice, audience, and goals to deliver tailored content strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is aligned with broader campaigns and branding guidelines.
• Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitors to inform content creation.
• Write, edit, and proofread content to ensure clarity, consistency, and quality.
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends and content best practices to maximize engagement and reach.
• Monitor the performance of content, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure timely delivery of content while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Have a functional Computer, stable network and a dedicated workstation, and must have ability to communicate and work optimally without supervision.

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work.
• Experience in creating multimedia content (e.g., video, podcasts, graphics) is a plus.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for various audiences.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
• Strong research skills and the ability to quickly learn about new industries and topics.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
