Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Influencer Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting influencers and content creators in their partnerships with brands by providing exceptional support and ensuring smooth collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a passion for influencer marketing, a strong understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to build lasting relationships with influencers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for influencers, managing communications and inquiries.
- Assist influencers in navigating campaign requirements, contracts, and timelines.
- Ensure smooth execution of influencer marketing campaigns, from onboarding to completion.
- Support influencers with technical issues, content guidelines, and reporting needs.
- Monitor influencer performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer strategies with overall client goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging platforms to offer the best support.
- Maintain accurate records of influencer interactions and campaign progress.
- Have a functional Computer, stable network and a dedicated workstation, and must have ability to communicate and work optimally without supervision
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to handle challenges quickly and efficiently.
