Job Summary:
We are seeking a Marketing and Social Media Expert with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and social media strategies. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating engaging content, managing multiple social media accounts, and analyzing performance data to optimize campaigns. This role will be key in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and growing our clients' online communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that align with client goals and brand identity.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) for clients, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content, including blog posts, social media graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce visually appealing and engaging marketing assets.
- Ensure all content aligns with the client’s brand identity and marketing objectives
- Community Engagement:
- Interact with social media followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster and grow online communities, encouraging engagement and brand loyalty.
- SEO and Analytics:
- Optimize digital content for SEO to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to refine marketing efforts and demonstrate ROI.
- Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize paid social media and digital advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Monitor budgets and KPIs to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
- Collaborations and Partnerships:
- Identify and build partnerships with influencers, bloggers, and other collaborators to boost brand visibility.
- Manage sponsored content, partnerships, and other promotional opportunities.
Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing and social media management, preferably in an offshore or remote setting.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
- Strong copywriting, editing, and content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions.
- Creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and content.
